NavigatorMD, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective August 8, 2026
NavMD is the trade name of NavigatorMD, LLC ("NavMD," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit navmd.com, contact us, or use the NavMD Insights platform and related Advisory Intelligence services. We built our business on the principle that your data stays yours, and this policy reflects that.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on navmd.com — for example, to run your first group, book a briefing, download the Advisory Intelligence Playbook, or apply to the Marketplace — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, and a description of your solution or interest.
Website usage information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, which is used for site operation and security.
Platform and client data. Health plan data processed through NavMD Insights, Census.IQ, or Advisory.IQ — including census files, claims data, and enrollment data — is provided under written agreements with our clients. Where that data includes protected health information, it is handled under a Business Associate Agreement in accordance with HIPAA. This policy does not replace those agreements; where they differ, the written agreement controls.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- To deliver risk assessments, executive briefings, and platform reporting to our clients
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and platform
- To send communications you have requested, such as resources or follow-ups to a form submission
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client health plan data as a bargaining chip with carriers, vendors, or anyone else. Independence is our business model.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as website hosting, form processing, and data infrastructure providers — and only as needed to deliver our services. When Advisory Intelligence identifies an opportunity and you choose to engage a Marketplace solution partner, information is shared with that partner only as authorized under the applicable client agreement. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Security
NavMD maintains a SOC 2 audited security program covering how client data is secured, standardized, and accessed. You can read more on our Security page.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our contractual and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Client platform data is retained and returned or destroyed as specified in the applicable client agreement.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request its correction or deletion, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
